THE HEART OF MY WORK
My name is Sarina Armshaw, and I am a Transformational Energy Healer, Teacher, and Mentor.
From an early age, I was drawn to the mysteries of life — the unseen energies that move through the Earth, the stars, and the human experience. This sense of wonder became the foundation of a lifelong journey into understanding energy, frequency, vibration, and consciousness.
Over time, that journey deepened into a devotion to healing — not as something to be fixed, but as a remembering of our natural state of balance, wholeness, and sovereignty.
MY JOURNEY
Like many who are called to this work, my path has not been linear.
There was a time when I lived in prolonged stress, emotional overburden, and disconnection from my inner truth. Despite outward functionality, I felt energetically depleted and disconnected from who I truly was.
When I chose to step onto a conscious path of healing, everything began to change.
Through deep energetic work, spiritual study, and lived integration, I learned how to:
Release stress held within the nervous system
Reconnect to my soul and authentic self
Reclaim my personal sovereignty
Live in alignment with my Higher Self
This transformation was not instant — it was embodied, layered, and profoundly life-changing. It is this lived experience that now informs how I support others.
MY APPROACH TO HEALING & MENTORING
My work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply grounded.
I work with Transference Healing®, multidimensional frequency healing, and sacred energetic technologies to support healing across physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual layers.
Rather than following rigid protocols, I listen to the wisdom of your system and work intuitively with what is ready to be supported in each moment.
Healing here is not about forcing change — it is about creating safety, restoring balance, and allowing transformation to unfold naturally.
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
I am trained as a Transference Healing® Practitioner and Teacher, and I am a Mystery School Graduate.
Over the years, I have facilitated:
1:1 healing sessions
Group workshops and trainings
Meditation classes and spiritual teachings
My work is informed by extensive study, energetic attunement, and lived embodiment — always guided by integrity, compassion, and respect for each individual’s unique journey.
